Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Perishable goods.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
To initiate a return, please email us at bkfashionakaur@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at bkfashionakaur@gmail.com with images of the defective product.
